Return Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction with Solidex Home Healthcare Services (SHHCS) service is important to us.

Solidex Home Healthcare Services (SHHCS) permits returns only upon prior written agreement and no more than 48 hours after delivery.

If there is an obvious flaw or non-conformity with the service, please contact us within 48 hours so that we can promptly resolve the issue. Your claim should be described in writing, dated, and signed. Solidex Home Healthcare Services (SHHCS) may, in its sole discretion, pay for a return under such circumstances. We will make every attempt to provide a replacement at no additional charge. If a replacement is not available, we will return the amount you paid in full.
